Women's Circle : A sunday sanctuary of support & connection
Thankyou to all the women who attended the last Women's Circle on 29th june, and thankyou to Tania Murphy of Ashgrove Yoga & Holistic Health Studio for allowing us to hold the circle in her cosy and inviting studio space. Our circle is growing and gaining stability and trust. The longer we meet, the deeper the practices go. This group will remain open till the end of the year, so if you have always wanted to be a part of a regular support group, now is your time to join us.
Next gathering is Sunday 28th September 2025, 2pm till 4pm.
Each month we co-create the circle with people offering a short practice, a song, chant, poem, a written piece, some healthy snack to have with tea after, some easy movement, topic of conversation etc.
There is no charge for this circle, just an invitation to offer a donation, thereby remaining accessible to everyone.
In a world where everything has become 'transactional' in it's nature, i wanted to create this space for an enduring real, honest, open community connection among women.

Some prior knowledge of yoga might be helpful but not compulsory.
Cost of day is 75€ with 40€ non-refundable deposit payable on booking.
Balance due one week before workshop.

This week long retreat is an opportunity to relax and unwind with twice daily Yoga / Meditation / Pranayama / Nidra / Chanting / Satsang. First thing in the morning as the sun comes up and as the sun goes down in the evening. Options for daily excursions, spa visit, relax by the pool, ocean swimming.

Each morning, as the sun rises, we practice gentle yoga asana either around the pool or on the balcony weather permitting. All movement is accessible with no extreme postures. Some prior experience with yoga asana practice is helpful.

Single Occupancy rooms with bathroom are 775€ / twin rooms bathroom 665€ with 250€ deposit payable on booking.

Entry into tourist attractions is at your own expense and generally costs around 10€
Dinner is eaten out each evening with main courses available from around 10 to 15€ depending on choice.
