7-Night Sacred Yoga & Meditation Retreat
This seven-night retreat is an offering of stillness and care — a place to soften, exhale, and rest deeply into yourself.
Held gently within the stunning & unique volcanic landscape of Lanzarote, it invites a gradual unwinding into peace, simplicity, and quiet presence.
Each day is shaped by two lovingly held practices of Yoga (Gentle Hatha, Somatic, Womb), Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Chanting, and Satsang, shared at the thresholds of the day — as morning light first arrives, and at the time of sunset.
Practices are slow, nurturing, and intuitive, honouring the body as it is and welcoming the wisdom that arises in quiet moments.
There is generous space between sessions to move at your own rhythm. You may feel drawn to soothing spa options, walking, resting by the pool, or gentle ocean swims, allowing the elements to support your return to balance and ease.
This retreat is curated for mature yoginis and or those who wish to move with kindness, patience, and reverence for the body, offering a sanctuary of deep rest, and subtle spiritual nourishment — where nothing is required, and everything is welcomed.

Each morning at sunrise, guests are invited to a gentle, grounding yoga practice. The sessions blend Hatha Yoga, Well Woman Womb Yoga, Somatic Yoga, and elements of dance and free movement.
Practices are held by the pool or on the balcony, weather permitting. All movement is accessible and nurturing, with no extreme postures. Guidance is offered in a way that supports listening to the body and moving with ease.
Some prior experience with yoga asana is helpful.

At sunset, we enter a period of inner practice through guided meditation, soothing breathwork & pranayama, sounding / voicework & chanting, or a harmonious combination of these, preparing ourselves for the evening meal.

The rhythmic, meditative chanting of mantras using 108 beads is a deeply grounding practice that soothes the nervous system and quiets the mind. By anchoring attention through repetition and rhythm, it invites a profound sense of calm, easing stress and encouraging deep relaxation. Over time, the practice enhances focus, nurtures positive emotional states, supports more restful sleep, and fosters greater mental clarity and spiritual connection. It also offers a powerful way to soften habitual thought patterns and strengthen the mind’s capacity for presence and intention.

Rest and relaxation are at the heart of the retreat, with generous space woven into the schedule for unhurried downtime, quiet personal reflection, journaling, and gentle walks. The villa itself offers an array of beautiful spaces designed for deep rest and ease, from supersized, sink-in lounge furniture to an expansive outdoor balcony boasting breathtaking views across to Fuerteventura, and sun loungers beside the pool for soaking up the warmth and serenity.

Our spacious modern villa with spectacular panoramic views over Playa Blanca and the ocean, large fully heated pool, 2 covered balcony 'chill & relaxation' areas.
The vista from the villa really is something extraordinary.

This year, we will visit the enchanting Haría Market, a truly unforgettable experience where the island’s creative spirit comes to life. Strolling through the market, you’ll discover exquisitely crafted, handmade artisan pieces, each reflecting the heritage, artistry, and soulful character of the region.
