Each year in March i host a week long Yoga Retreat / Yoga Holiday, on the beautiful island of Lanzarote for a small group of women. Limited to 10 people.

This week long retreat is an opportunity to relax and unwind with twice daily Yoga / Meditation / Pranayama / Nidra / Chanting / Satsang. First thing in the morning as the sun comes up and as the sun goes down in the evening. Options for daily excursions, spa visit, relax by the pool, ocean swimming.

Each morning, as the sun rises, we practice gentle yoga asana either around the pool or on the balcony weather permitting. All movement is accessible with no extreme postures. Some prior experience with yoga asana practice is helpful.

If you come by yourself, rest assured you will be welcomed into a group of friendly and inviting women.
Whatever your age, size, life experience : you will be welcomed in this circle. Some prior knowledge of yoga might be helpful but not compulsory.
